If you’re passionate about horses, consider adding an animal science minor. You’ll get to take classes such as Basic and Advanced Horse Science, Equine Health Management and a Basic and Intermediate Riding class. Through elective courses, you can also learn about equine nutrition, exercise physiology, reproduction, selection and evaluation or advanced riding.
